GASCO to start e-voting for OGM on June 20

National Gas and Industrialization Co.'s (GASCO) shareholders will start on June 20, the electronic voting on the agenda of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 22, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will vote on the board of directors' recommendation on the distribution of 5% cash dividend for 2020, or SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 37.5 million.

 

Shareholders will discuss the disbursement of additional fees to the auditor – E&Y - as recommended by the Audit Committee for auditing financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2020 and Q1 2021.

 

They will also vote on approving the board and auditor report and financial statements for 2020.
