Saudi Cable Co.'s board of directors approved on June 13, the appointment of Basem Tayseer Jameel Hijaz and Mazen Khalaf Al Zayer as independent members of the audit committee, effective as of the date of the next general assembly meeting until the end of the current term on Jan. 13, 2024.
The appointments are pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting, according to a bourse filing.
