Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development published a shareholder circular for the capital decrease and the prospectus for the capital increase through rights issue.

 

2) Bank Aljazira’s BAJ Sukuk Tier 1 Ltd, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) incorporated in the Cayman Islands, is set to issue Tier I capital certificates at not more than $500 million.

 

3) Ataa Educational Co. announced the completion of all the procedures required to purchase and transfer the entire stake of Al-Elm International Schools Co. from the selling partners.

 

4) City Cement Co. completed the issuance of the articles of association and commercial register of its subsidiary, which specializes in providing environmental services and solutions in waste treatment and recycling.

 

5) Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) received a letter from some shareholders that own shares, representing 5.06% of the company's capital, requesting to take the procedures required for dissolve the board of directors and re-elect new members. 

 

6) National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) withdrew the request submitted to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to move to the main market.

 

7) Middle East Healthcare Co.’s (Saudi German Hospital) shareholders approved on June 17, various business and contracts concluded with other companies.

 

8) Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s board of directors decided to appoint Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Hujailan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from Jan. 1, 2021.

 

9) Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. launched the 3D construction printing technology, in cooperation with Construction of Buildings of Demand (COBOD), to speed up development, increase safety levels and reduce construction waste and errors.

 

10) Brent crude on Monday gained 49 cents to reach $74.00 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 55 cents to reach $72.19/bbl.
