Sadara shareholders to vote on 2020 board, audit reports on June 30

Sadara Basic Services Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board and audit reports, as well as the financial statements for 2020, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 30, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also appoint an external auditor to review the financial statements for 2021.
