Saudi PIF names Rania Nashar as Head of Compliance and Governance

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) appointed Rania Nashar as Head of Compliance and Governance, the fund said in a statement today, June 24.

 

In February, Nashar joined the PIF as a senior advisor to Governor Yasir Al Rumayyan, drawing on more than two decades of banking industry experience.

 

Earlier, in December 2020, the sovereign wealth fund named Nashar as a senior advisor to Al Rumayyan, Argaam reported.

 

Nashar was Samba Financial Group’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), until she resigned on Jan. 31, 2021.
