Budget Saudi appoints new audit committee member

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) announced that audit committee member Samir Saud Samman resigned, effective today, June 24, for personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board of directors approved the appointment of Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Ghannam in his place.

 

The appointment will be presented at the general meeting for approval.
