Abo Moati inks SAR 20 mln bank facilities with ANB

Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abu Moati for Bookstores Co.

Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abu Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) signed SAR 20 million Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement with Arab National Bank (ANB).

 

The credit was obtained on June 24, and has a term of one year, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The amount is covered by a promissory note and no related parties are included in the deal.
