Al Naqool says MoA complete, registers subsidiary Deer Real Estate

Mohammed Hasan Al Naqool Sons Co. announced the completion of the issuance of the memorandum of association (MoA) and the commercial registration of its 100% wholly owned subsidiary under the name of "Deer Real Estate Co."

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company clarified that Deer Real Estate Co. will start providing its services after completing all the administrative and technical establishment work. 

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al Naqool’s board of directors approved on June 24 establishing a limited liability firm headquartered in Dammam, with a capital of SAR 500,000.
