SNB shareholders approve expanding number of audit committee seats

Shareholders of Saudi National Bank (SNB) approved increasing the number of audit committee seats to five from four, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held yesterday, June 28.

 

They also approved the appointment of Abdullah Abdulrahman Alrowais as an audit committee member (independent), effective from the OGM’s approval date, until the end of the current term on May 14, 2024.
