Amana Insurance shareholders approve 2020 board, audit reports

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (Amana Insurance) shareholders approved the board and audit reports, as well as the financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 29.

 

Shareholders also approved the payment of SAR 1.08 million as a remuneration to the board of directors for 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Meanwhile, they appointed Ibrahim Ahmed Albassam & Co. (Albassam & Co.) and AlAzem, AlSudairy, Alshaikh & Partners as external auditors to examine, review and audit the company’s financials for the Q2, Q3, Q4, and 2021, as well as Q1 2022 financials.

 

In addition, they approved related-party transactions.
