Saudi Aramco names Ziad Al-Murshed as acting CFO: report

Ziad Al-Murshed, acting Chief Financial Officer, Saudi Aramco  

Saudi Aramco named Ziad Al-Murshed as acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in place of Khalid Al-Dabbagh, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

 

Al-Murshed was previously Aramco’s Vice President for Fuels and Lubricants and International Operations.

 

Al-Dabbagh will join the company’s board and retain the chairmanship of Aramco’s chemicals subsidiary, Saudi Basic Industries Corp., the report said.

 

Aramco shareholders will vote on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting July 1, during the ordinary general meeting today, July 1, Argaam reported.
