Emaar EC extends Ahmed Boshnak’s appointment as MD for 3 months

Emaar The Economic City’s (Emaar EC) board of directors extended the period of appointment of Ahmed Yousef Boshnak as Managing Director (MD) for three months, starting July 12, according to a bourse filing.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Boshnak was appointed as MD on Jan. 12, for a period of six months that can be extended for a similar period.
