Care replaces board representative of Saudi Medical Care Group

National Medical Care Co.'s (Care) board of directors approved on July 8, the request of Saudi Medical Care Group for changing its representative on the company board.

Faraj bin Saad Al-Gabani (non-executive member) will replace Abdulmohsen bin Hammad Al-Ashry (non-executive member).

Al-Gabani holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Information Technology from the University of Denver in the United States of America and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University. He has experience in managing financial and administrative affairs, operations, and IT.

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting, the statement noted.
