Al Sagr Insurance shareholders to vote on appointing auditors on August 4

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on appointing auditors to examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021, Q1 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for August 4.

 

The shareholders will also vote to determine the auditors’ fees, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

E-voting on the agenda items will start as of July 29, through Tadawulaty service.
