United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) shareholders are set to vote on appointing Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Ghannam as member of the audit committee, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on Aug. 5.
Al-Ghannam will be appointed to succeed the former committee member Samir Saud Samman, effective from the date of the resolution issued on June 24, 2021, until the end of the current term on June 20, 2024.
Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on increasing the number of audit committee seats from three to five, by appointing Mohammed Qaadan Al-Otaibi (non-board member) and Adeeb Mohammed Abanumi (non-board member) as members of the committee starting from the date of the assembly's approval until the end of the current board term.
