The Saudi Ministry of Commerce referred 446 commercial concealment cases to the Public Prosecution in the first half of 2021, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.

The ministry conducted over 16,000 inspection rounds across the Kingdom, to ensure facilities’ compliance with the anti-commercial concealment law.

The National Program for Combating the Commercial Concealment had earlier announced the start of a corrective period for violators of the law, ending on Aug. 23, Argaam reported.
