10 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) reported net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 470 million for the first half of 2021, an increase of 49% year-on-year (YoY).

 

2) Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) reported net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 1.017 billion for H1 2021.

 

3) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 26.5 million for H1 2021, a fall of 36% YoY.

 

4) Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) turned to an estimated net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 90 million for H1 2021.

 

5) Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) swung to net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 1.2 million in H1 2021.

 

6) Bawan Co. received a credit note, amounting to SAR 9.6 million, from the insurance company in connection to the fire incident at a factory of one of its subsidiaries, ARNON Plastic Industries Co.

 

7) Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) said subscription to new shares and the rights trading will start today, July 26.

 

8) Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. (Saudi Enaya) said its one-year contract with Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital to provide health insurance services to the hospital’s staff and their dependents is valued at SAR 24.19 million.

 

9) Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s board of directors approved increasing the total value of the fund’s assets through the acquisition of three properties at a total value of SAR 1.53 billion.

 

10) Brent crude on Monday declined 39 cents to reach $73.71 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 44 cents to reach $71.6/bbl.
