National Housing approves real estate development plans until 2025

National Housing Co. (NHC) approved plans to participate in the development of real estate across the Kingdom, in line with Vision 2030, Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported.

 

These plans, which feature four pillars until 2025, aimed to increase the supply of various housing units, boost contribution to gross domestic product (GDP), enhance partnerships with private sector real estate developers, and provide more job opportunities for the Saudi youth in the sector.

 

NHC is seeking to increase supply by more than 300,000 housing units, contribute with more than SAR 180 billion to the Kingdom’s GDP, sign partnerships with up to 500 private real estate and contracting firms and create more than 40,000 job opportunities.
