Budget Saudi starts e-voting on OGM agenda today

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) starts today, Aug. 1, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for Aug. 5.

 

Shareholders will vote on appointing Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Ghannam as member of the audit committee, as well as increasing the number of audit committee seats from three to five.
