Saudi Aramco appoints audit committee Chair, members

The board of directors of Saudi Aramco decided, on Aug. 5, to appoint Lynn Laverty Elsenhans as the Chair of the audit committee, starting Aug. 5, the company said in a bourse filing.

Elsenhans is currently a member of the board of directors of Baker Hughes Co., as well as GlaxoSmithKline PLC. She previously served as Chairwoman, President, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sunoco Inc. and worked for Royal Dutch Shell, where she held several senior roles, including Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing.

Furthermore, the company also appointed Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Peter Cella, Mark Weinberger, and Stuart Gulliver as audit committee members, starting Aug. 5.
