Saudi Arabia records 751 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 751 COVID-19 cases today, Aug. 11, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 535,927, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,389, raising the total number of recovered cases to 517,379 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 10,182, of which 1,407 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported 9 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,366.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 147, followed by Eastern Province (111), Riyadh (107), Asir (86), Jazan (72), Al Qassim (54), and Madinah (47).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 93,480 new tests, and the total number of administered doses increased to 30.7 million.
