Tadawul approves listing of govt debt instruments worth SAR 11.4 bln

The Saudi Tadawul Group approved the listing request of the Saudi government-issued debt instruments from a class already listed, submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the listing rules with a total value of SAR 4.49 billion as follows:

 

- Increase in issuance Jan. 1, 2021 (Tadawul code: 5308) SAR 4.49 billion to SAR 6.82 billion.

 

The listing of government debt instruments reissue will start from Sunday, Aug. 22.

 

In a separate statement, the group approved the listing request of the debt instruments, submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the listing rules with a total value of SAR 6.87 billion as follow:

 

- Issuance number 08-08-2021 with a total value of SAR 2.5 billion.

 

- Issuance number 15-08-2021 with a total value of SAR 4.37 billion.

 

Accordingly, listing and trading the government debt instruments shall commence from Monday, Aug. 23.
