Shares of Arab Sea hit lifetime high, gain over 500% since move to main market

Shares of Arab Sea Information Systems Co. (Arab Sea) hit their highest level since listing, at SAR 164.60 today, Aug. 22.

 

The stock closed 2% higher at SAR 160.80 – its highest close since debut - with nearly 1.23 million shares traded. 

 

Accordingly, Arab Sea jumped 530% since transition from Nomu - Parallel Market to the main market in April 2020 at a price of SAR 25.55.  

 

Established in 1980, the company was listed on Nomu on Feb. 26, 2017. It moved to the main market on April 15, 2020.

 

Arab Sea’s capital stands at SAR 100 million, divided into 10 million shares, with free-float shares up to 7.34 million, representing 73.4% of total shares.
