Thimar says unable to disclose Q2 2021 financials on time

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose Q2 2021 financial results within the regulatory period.

 

The company said, in a statement to Tadawul today, Aug. 22, that it has not yet finalized its preliminary financial statements for the first nine months of 2019 and annual financials for the same year, as well as financial results for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 2020 and Q1 2021.
