National Housing launches projects in Riyadh, Jeddah

National Housing Co. (NHC) launched Riwaa and Maylaa projects at Al-Jawan suburb, Riyadh, as well as Khayala project in Jeddah, to boost housing supply, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

Riwaa, which spreads over 780,000 square meters (sqm), includes nearly 1,060 under-construction units. Meanwhile, Maylaa consists of 819 villas, spreading over 400,000 sqm.

 

The real estate developer indicated that it is currently developing nearly 10 projects in Jeddah to provide more than 23,000 units.
