Allianz Saudi Fransi appoints new board member

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Anuj Agarwal as an executive board member, effective Aug. 22, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

He replaced Andreas Brunner who resigned recently, the statement added.

 

Agarwal held several leadership positions since joining Allianz Group in 1997 where he worked as a member of the board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Allianz Egypt in 2009 and Allianz Indonesia in 2012 as well as the regional CFO of Allianz Africa in 2017.

 

The appointment will be presented before the first general assembly meeting for approval.
