Saudi Cabinet approves contractor classification system, anti-concealment law exemptions

The Cabinet, in a meeting chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud today, Aug. 24, took a number of decisions, including the approval of the contractor classification system.

 

The Cabinet also approved the rules of exemption from Anti-Concealment Law, and the rules of granting financial rewards to those who uncover crimes and violations as stipulated in the Anti-Concealment Law.

 

It approved amending article 24/1 of the Arbitration Law, as well as amending articles No. 2, 3, 6, 19, 20 and 21 of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law and amending the Travel Document Law.
