7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

 

1) Alandalus Property Co.’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital by 33.33%.

 

2) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. and Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) announced that the best-bidder consortium was awarded the Madinah, Buraydah and Tabuk Independent Sewage Plant projects by Saudi Water Partnership Co. (SWPC).

 

3) National Company for Learning & Education’s (NCLE) shareholders approved the business contract concluded with Yamami Co.

 

4) Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) shareholders rejected discharging members of the board of directors from liabilities for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021.

 

5) Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced capital restructuring in the form of transferring its indirect stake in Smart Cities Solutions for Communications and Information Technology, owned by its subsidiary Arabian Company for Security and Safety Solutions (AMNCO), for the benefit of the parent company.

 

6) BinDawood Holding Co.’s subsidiary, Danube Company for Foodstuffs and Commodities (Danube), opened its 48th branch in the Kingdom.

 

7) Brent crude on Friday gained $1.63 to reach $72.70 per barrel. WTI crude also increased $1.32 to reach $68.74/bbl.
