Sulaiman Al Habib opens nominations for board membership today

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group (HMG) opened today, Aug. 31, the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Dec. 10, 2021.

 

Applicants can submit their applications for nomination from today until Sept. 30, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
