Aramco Total says SATORP names new board member

Arabian Aramco Total Services Co. announced that shareholders of parent company, Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Co. (SATORP), appointed Denis Toulouse as a board member, effective Aug. 1.

 

He replaced Alexander Adotevi as a member of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Toulouse served as Senior Vice President - Corporate & Project Finance, of TotalEnergies SE in Paris since April 2019. He previously worked as Senior Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions, of Total SA in Paris in 2016.
