Tatweer Buildings offers 345 education ministry-owned plots for investment, private sector leasing

Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC), wholly-owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the implementing arm of the Ministry of Education’s projects, introduced 345 ministry-owned land plots for investment and leasing to private sector investors.

 

The company launched several investment programs according to the type of assets and developed them in line with investor demands, including leasing non-operating private sector educational buildings to be operated as national schools, Al-Eqtisadiah Newspaper reported.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company completed, on Aug. 30, the supply and installation of school furniture for 53 insolvent projects of the Ministry of Education at a total cost of SAR 35 million.
