Saudi Cable audit committee Chairman resigns

Saudi Cable Co. announced the resignation of the audit committee Chairman, Noha Sulaimani, effective Sept. 2, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation came as Sulaimani was appointed the company's Managing Director, according to a bourse filing.
