SAMA denies rumors of new instructions for retail mortgage loans

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), on Sept. 5, denied the information published on some websites on the issuance of new instructions regarding the direct purchase of villas, floors or apartments through banks and real estate finance companies.

 

The apex bank stressed that this information circulating on some social media platforms is incorrect, stressing the importance of obtaining information from its official sources and avoiding obtaining it from unreliable sources.

 

SAMA called on everyone to access all the information through its official website and its documented social media accounts.
