Saudi Chemical shareholders elect board members for the upcoming term

Shareholders of Saudi Chemical Co. elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Sept. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board includes Thamer AlMuhid, Fahad Saleh Al-Jarbou, Mohammed Saud Al Badr, Sultan Abdulaziz Al-Hamidi (representative of Social Development Bank), Mohammed Omair Al Otaibi, Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz Al Yemni, Obaid Abdullah Al-Rasheed, Mohamed Saad BinDawood, and Fawaz Mohammed Al Fawaz.

 

They also approved the formation of the audit committee and defined its duties and remuneration for the new term.

 

The new audit committee includes Fawaz Mohammed Al Fawaz as Chairman, in addition to Abdulwahhab Ahmed Abed, Abdullah Hamed Al- Mehthil and Khalid Abdulaziz Alhoshan as members from outside the board.
