Emirates announced that it will restart services to Saudi Arabia as of today, Sept. 11, and to St Petersburg as of Oct. 8.
In a statement, the company said it will begin operating 24 weekly flights to Saudi Arabia, including daily flights to the capital Riyadh, daily A380 flights to Jeddah, daily flights to Dammam and three weekly flights to Medinah.
Flights to Riyadh will increase to two daily as of Sept. 16, the airline said, adding that it plans to boost frequencies across other gateways by the end of September.
Emirates noted that it resumed services to more than 120 destinations, indicating that it has been rebuilding its international network gradually.
