Tihama shareholders to elect new board on Oct. 3

Shareholders of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. will vote on electing new board of directors for the three-year term, starting from Oct. 14, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Oct. 3.

 

Shareholders will also vote on forming the new audit committee for the next three-year term and discharging board members from liability for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

They will also vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s report for the same fiscal year.

 

The shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services can start voting on the agenda items on Sept. 29.
