The board of directors of Musharaka REIT Fund approved a non-fundamental change to the fund, fund manager Musharaka Capital said in a bourse statement.
The fund was approved to be traded as a real estate investment fund in the form of special purpose entity.
The change will be effective as of Sept. 30.
