Saudi Arabia records 63 COVID-19 cases on Monday, lowest since March 2020

Saudi Arabia recorded 63 COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 20, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 546,612, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 71, raising the total number of recovered cases to 535,602 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,343, of which 339 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported six new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,667.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 15, followed by Riyadh (13), Eastern Province (7) and Madinah (5).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 45,290 new tests over the last 24 hours, and the total number of administered doses increased to 40.96 million.
