Saudi Cabinet approves rules governing privatization, trade agreements mechanism

The Saudi Cabinet, in a meeting held today, Sept. 21, under the chairmanship of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, took the following decisions:
 

- Approving the rules governing privatization.

- Approving a mechanism of work and governance for the conclusion of trade and trade-related agreements.

- Approving the final account of the Public Pension Agency (previous) for a previous fiscal year.

- Authorizing the chairman of the board of directors of the Saudi Space Commission - or his representative - to sign the joint Declaration of Interest for a Space Climate Observatory.

- Approving the draft memorandum of understanding in the investment field between the Saudi Ministry of Investment and the Public-Private Partnership Authority of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

- Authorizing the Minister of Investment - or his representative - to discuss and sign with the Bangladeshi side in this regard.

- Authorized the Chairman of the board of directors of the Saudi Space Commission - or his representative - to discuss and sign with the United Nations Space Generation Advisory Council regarding a draft memorandum of cooperation between the Saudi Space Commission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Nations Space Generation Advisory Council.
