Riyadh Season 2021 to begin on Oct. 20 with 7,500 events: GEA Chairman

Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced that Riyadh Season 2021 will start on Oct. 20, 2021.  

  

The Riyadh Season will include 7.500 events, 70 Arabic concerts, six global concerts, 10 global exhibitions, 350 shows, 18 Arabic plays and six global plays. 

  

It will be held on a total area spreading over 5.4 million square meters, in 14 zones, Al-Sheikh said, adding that more details will be revealed on Oct. 4. 

 

The Riyadh Season aims to make the Saudi capital a tourism, entertainment destination and strengthen its position as a prominent entertainment destination regionally and globally.
