Human capacity program to employ 80% of graduates in 12 months from graduation: Minister

Ahmed Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, confirmed that the Human Capacity Development Program is an essential pillar of the labor market. 
 

The minister added that the program seeks to prepare young people for the current and future labor market, stressing the importance of training citizens on the job, including those who have broad experience. 
 

Al-Rajhi indicated that the program aims to increase the percentage of Saudization in the highly skilled jobs by at least 40% by 2030. "It also aims to provide proper jobs for 80% of graduates within 12 months of graduation." 
 

In addition, the program mainly aims to choose the proper specialization for the youth's abilities and the labor market.  
 

The minister further said the program seeks to help citizens think of entrepreneurship instead of looking for jobs.
