Hail Cement Co. starts today, Sept. 29, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Oct. 3, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on electing board members for the next three-year term starting Nov. 30, Argaam reported.
