GEA Chairman says income from last Riyadh season hit SAR 6 bln

Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), said direct and indirect income from the last Riyadh season reached SAR 6 billion, while spending amounted to SAR 3.1 billion.

 

He added that income is expected to exceed this figure in the second edition of Riyadh Season, with lower spending.

 

Al-Sheikh recently announced that Riyadh Season 2021 will start on Oct. 20, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The Riyadh Season will include 7.500 events, 70 Arabic concerts, six global concerts, 10 global exhibitions, 350 shows, 18 Arabic plays and six global plays.
