Al Akaria receives units in Al-Dahia residential project, handover process underway

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) announced receiving the units at Al-Dahia residential project in Al-Rimal neighborhood from the contractor, Saudi Real Estate Construction Co. (Tamear).

 

The coordination process is underway to deliver the housing units to the beneficiaries, the company said in a bourse filing today, Oct. 4.

 

In May, the developer received 284 units at Al-Dahia residential project, expecting to receive the remaining units during the second and third quarters of the year, Argaam reported.

 

In June 2017, Al Akaria signed a construction contract with its 60%-owned subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Construction Co., to build 511 residential units for SAR 538.28 million in Al-Rimal neighborhood.
