Al Sagr shareholders to vote on appointing auditors on Oct. 28

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders will vote on appointing auditors to examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2021, and Q1 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Oct. 28.

 

The company said in a bourse filing that shareholders will also vote to determine the auditors’ fees.

 

E-voting on the agenda items will start as of Oct. 24, through Tadawulaty service.
