AlAhli REIT Fund (1) updates terms and conditions

SNB Capital Co. announced today, Oct. 7, that it updated the terms and conditions of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) effective from Sept. 27, according to a bourse filing.

 

The updates were carried out to articles dealing with several topics, including the description of real estate asset types to be invested in by the fund, changing the name of Staybridge Suites Hotel to AlAndalus Mall Hotel, updating the annual Shariah audit and advisory fees.
