SAIB opens board membership nominations today

Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) opened today, Oct. 10, the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session, starting Feb. 14, 2022.

 

Nominations start today, Oct. 10, and end on Nov. 11, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Each shareholder has the right to nominate himself or another person or more for board membership, given that he fulfils the relevant conditions as stipulated in the Board Membership Selection Criteria Policy.
