5 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

 

1) Saudi Real Estate Co.’s (Al Akaria) subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Co. (Binyah), signed a contract with Diriyah Gate Development Authority to carry out infrastructure work at Wadi Hanifa for SAR 432.06 million.

 

2) Saudi Airlines Catering Co. signed a contract with Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden), worth nearly SAR 180 million, to provide catering services to Maaden for its multiple projects and its affiliated companies throughout the Kingdom.

 

3) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders will vote on repurchasing a maximum of 220,000 shares at a total amount of SAR 14.28 million as part of the employees’ long-term incentive plan (LTIP), during the EGM slated for Nov. 4.

 

4) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received a notice from Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC) on Oct. 13, confirming the launch of the Saudi Data Centers Fund 1.

 

5) Brent crude on Friday gained 86 cents to reach $84.86 per barrel (bbl). WTI crude also increased $97 to reach $82.28/bbl.
