OPEC+ compliance with oil cuts declined slightly to 115% in September, Reuters reported, citing three sources familiar with the matter.

This indicates that some members continue to face problems to produce the agreed quota levels due to various technical problems.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) recently reaffirmed its agreement to increase production by 400,000 barrels per day each month until April 2022.
