Tihama appoints audit committee chairman

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Al-Mu'tasim Billah Allam as chairman of the audit committee, effective as of Oct. 17, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company noted that the appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.
